Gail Bradbrook - Silenced in Court
When the jury returned, they were instructed that Gail had no legal defense of her actions. A trial that might have lasted days, only took an hour. Gail was found guilty for smashing a window in the tradition of the Suffragettes.
In a press statement, Gail said she was at peace with the decision. She was threatened with a dismissed jury and contempt of court, bullied into submitting to a decision of a jury who were not informed of the intent of her actions.
